The 9771-210 safety controller is a programmable logic and process control technology product with high fault tolerance. It is based on a triple module redundancy (TMR) architecture that integrates
three isolated, parallel working control systems and performs a wide range of diagnostics in each independent control system. This design enables the system to adopt a two-out-of-three logical voting
method, providing highly complete, error-free, uninterrupted process operation to ensure that no single point of failure will lead to system failure.
The 9771-210 safety controller has excellent fault tolerance. It can identify transient and steady-state faults online and make appropriate corrections, thus improving controller reliability and availability.
The control system can identify the fault of the control system component, automatically eliminate the faulty component, and allow the fault component to be repaired online without interrupting the
operation of the process while continuing to complete the specified task. Any failures and related data are stored in NVRAM, ensuring that even if any channel in the I/O module fails, the system can
